Youssef Iskandarani has over 27 years of experience in both local and multinational companies, holding key managerial roles such as Chief Accountant, Finance Manager, and currently, Head of Accounting & Reporting – MEA at NextCare, a member of Allianz Partners. His industry expertise spans healthcare and financial services, with more than 11 years of extensive international experience. Youssef is also highly skilled in developing and delivering professional courses for the CMA (Certified Management Accountant), DipIFR (Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards), and FMVA (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) designations. He holds an MBA in Finance from La Sagesse University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (DipIFR) and the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification. Throughout his career, Youssef has earned numerous local and international certifications in leadership, impactful presentations, financial management, anti-fraud and anti-corruption practices, compliance, marketing, business etiquette, effective communication, Solvency II, coaching, medical networks, and more.
