No professional experience is required. The program starts with accounting fundamentals before progressing to practical accounting processes, reporting and software-based applications.
Yes. This is a core part of the program. Participants will practice using Odoo Accounting ERP, recording transactions and performing accounting tasks as they would in a real company.
The program is strongly hands-on and practice-oriented. Participants work with realistic invoices, vouchers, bank statements, payroll records, NSSF documentation, VAT declarations, fixed asset registers and other business documents, with accounting tasks performed through Odoo Accounting ERP.
Yes. Participants receive practical exposure to key IFRS requirements encountered in day-to-day accounting. The focus is on understanding when IFRS applies and how to account for transactions in practice, rather than studying standards only theoretically.
You will be better prepared to work in a professional accounting role: record transactions using Odoo, manage receivables and payables, process payroll-related accounting, handle inventory and fixed assets, perform bank reconciliations, make adjusting and closing entries, and prepare financial statements.
